The evolution of classics-Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG DN | Art

Sigma has gradually redesigned the new lens of the DN series for mirrorless in the past two years, and has gradually changed from the image of a fitness horse. The 35 1.4A released in 2012 may be the first time that many people came into contact with Sigma. At that time, this sub-factory 35 lens was really comparable to the original 35L (that would not be the second generation of the 35L). Almost 10 years have passed. Sigma later released 35 1.4 with E-mount butt welding, 35 1.2 with a larger aperture, and 35 2.0 with lighter weight. At the end of last month (4.27), it finally released a completely redesigned 35 1.4 DG DN. The price has not been announced yet. I tried this lens in advance for the sake of a co-photographer. Let’s take a look at the official data.

The size of the actual product is not much different from the original 12-year old 35Art. However, if you want to install the C port of the Sony fuselage, you can either use the MC11 to transfer or you can only use the welded butt version of the Hummer, so overall the new 35 The volume is still a lap smaller, but in comparison it is not as stunning as the 85 1.4 DG DN, but the weight of 640G is completely acceptable to me.
